Pi,
Thanks for the CD you gave me at the NAMM show.
I've been listening to it for the last couple of days.
You have a very listenable-to voice.
I especially like "Monster". I hear some Joni Mitchell and Pink in there! I'm abit envious of a writer who can keep it so personal...although my stuff is always my point-of-view, I do tend to write as a craft...with a pitch in mind.
Very nice meeting you...you have a sincere vibe.
If I'm in town I might try to get to your Feb 15 gig.
Best of Luck, Ted

Have a look at my patent 7189914 at the USPTO site. Its an automated harmonizer that harmonizes a melody in accordance with the rules of harmony. The invention is available combined with a music (staff-based) editor so that any music entered is analysed against (the same) over 90 classic harmony rules. Most chords are identified - CC, 7ths up to 13ths, aug5,6, dim... I have called my program "Magpie" after the Australian bird noted for its glorious singing. I can send you a detailed (though cryptic) specification if you wish. I have used my harmonizer for many of my own melodies as well as those of others, in a variety of styles. I find that a melody seems to contain a lot more information than would appear at first! One use of my program is to prepare singing parts for our local choir. Cheers, Allan Mack

Pi, great site. Your pics rock! How often do you update your site and do you administer it yourself or are you paying someone to do it?
If we don't hustle for ourselves, nobody will! I'm hustlin'.

Hi there from the UK Pi. Just been listening to one of your tracks & I'm very, very impressed. Love the site & being a Martin fan I'm puzzled at the model you are playing. My guess is a 000-35 if there is such a thing. Can you help me? A new fan.

Dear Pi - Already a big fan, and own your previous records. I'll look forward to this one as well.
You probably don't recall me, but we met at the Dovre Club at 26th & Valencia, I'm thinking about 2 years ago, and I accepted an invite to a show at the Tongue & Groove, which I greatly enjoyed. (Maybe you recall I told you I was writing a musical set in a bar.)
Anyway, I was amused to see that your new CD cover is in fact a photo taken at the Dovre. Great choice. You should return someday and check out how the beats have changed since then ;-) (How was it you wandered into the Dovre, anyway?)
Sorry I can't make the NYC or LA parties. Do one in SF, and I am SO there! Good luck!

Hey Pi!
I was looking for pics from fantasy camp and came across your site. Hey, I know that girl! Anyway, just wanted to say hi, hope all is well. You probably don’t remember me. I was in Ariels band with Jerry Renino. I’m the guy who doesn’t look like Ray Romano!
